Learning and Teaching Services welcomes faculty to join us on an Indigenous place-based learning experience on May 31. We will be travelling to the community of Akwesasne to visit the Native North American Travelling College. This is a great opportunity to learn about the community, enjoy Indigenous cuisine and hear from a knowledge holder about a significant part of the Haudenosaunee culture — the Wampum.
